2. Soccer Performance Program

The Total Touch Academy provides technical and tactical development essential for the serious soccer athlete. Our sessions emphasize critical ball control, accurate passing, and powerful shooting drills to refine your mechanics. Athletes also engage in challenging endurance, agility, and conditioning sessions to build the stamina and positional awareness needed for competitive play.

3. Youth Wrestling Development

The Mat Masters program focuses on building technique, mental toughness, and competitive readiness from the ground up. We meticulously cover the fundamentals of takedowns, escapes, and pinning to ensure a strong foundation. Beyond the physical moves, this training integrates match strategy and drills alongside strength and flexibility work to prepare youth athletes for competition.

4. Dance Instruction

Groove Lab offers specialized Hip Hop and Jazz Dance Training focused on expressive movement and performance preparation. Participants receive weekly choreography sessions and technique drills to master rhythm and movement. Our goal is to develop technique, support freestyle development, and provide performance showcase opportunities.

5. Fitness & Conditioning Programs (HIIT)

HIIT Forge delivers High Impact Interval Training designed for strength, endurance, fat loss, and overall athletic performance. These programs feature multiple weekly group sessions with rotating formats, incorporating bodyweight, resistance, cardio, and functional training intervals. We offer both beginner and advanced options, including specialty workouts like boxing, kickboxing, and yoga, complemented by progress tracking and goal-setting support.

6. Sports & Fitness Events

Beast Mode strengthens our local presence and fosters loyalty through a robust calendar of events. This includes hosting seasonal camps and clinics focused on our core sports, alongside skill development workshops for parents and coaches.
